Born and raised in the midst of the Southern California entertainment industry, Paloma Estevez has always had a passion and natural talent for music. From her early beginnings playing trombone in jazz and classical situations, to discovering her natural talent as a drummer almost by chance, her musical dedication is equaled only by her accessibility and personality. Technically superb, and a graduate of The Musician’s Institute in Hollywood, Ms. Estevez is now a respected educator, session musician, performer and composer.
Throughout her career, Paloma has recorded with a multitude of acts, as well as some of the great modern producers and composers. This includes Bob Clearmountain, the award-winning engineer and producer for Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, and The Rolling Stones; Dito Godwin, the multi-platinum producer behind No Doubt, Kiss, and Motley Crue; and acclaimed producer and composer Tyler Bates, of the 300, Watchmen, and Dawn of The Dead fame. Recently Ms. Estevez has also joined forces as a co-writer, drummer, and collaborator with the incredible Catharine Wood. Paloma’s abilities have even earned her multiple endorsements, including DC California and Soultone Cymbals. Paloma is proud to be represented by Mark Hyman, under Ashley Talent International, the rockin’ folks who brought the world Journey and Quiet Riot. So stay tuned for more; there’s always something cool happening in Paloma’s world!
